Thanks, some days are definitely harder than others. He is out of school for now and will have a teacher come to the house and teach him. It is amazing how much better he does with out the stimulation of the social aspect.
Trying to get to all my friends and letting them know that i appreciate their requests and for adding me, but i am failing hopelessly at that.
My other interests are automotive and everything else repairs. Motorcycles and anything else on wheels. Keeping my child
focussed and positive.
Sports:
Motorcycle Racing, Manchester United.
Music:
In general i like any music as long as it is presented by a talented artist, or artists. Mainly into R&B, rap and hip-hop, some old school stuff like `M` People, Queen, Brian Adams and far too many others.
Classic-Rock has become a recent interest. Really good listening stuff.
Movies:
Hell no ! Can't remember when last i sat still long enough to watch a movie. I think the last one i watched was `Dances with wolves`, a long time ago.
Anything with spiritual or self-realisation content; Mysteries of Mind, Space and Time; Unexplained; UFO; Conspiracies and other weird stuff.
Heroes/Idols:
Nelson Mandela for his honorable character; Steve Biko for his steadfast determination at the cost of his life; Madonna for her wisdom and business sense; Our President and our Minister of Health for their courage to resist the plundering of our monetary resourses by the Pharmaceutical Giants. But as we all know, it is a `no win` situation.
Not inspired by his lack of action against Zimbabwe though.
There are many others that i have met in our ranks of resistance and many that we lost in our fight against the past regime. They were all hero's. I love South Africa and i love its people. We may have more hero's here than the rest of the world has in total when looking back
at our past and the sacrifices we have made.
